SBS’s new drama is “The Haunted Palace.” Yook Sunjae character has shown something new in the drama!
A historical fantasy created from rom-com is “The Haunted Palace” drama. The story tells that a spirit that is eight feet tall has agitation against the king. A female is a shaman, Yeo Ri. She opposes it, an Imugi. Imugi is a fictional creature capable of transforming into a dragon after gaining a magical gem.
BTOB’s Yook Sunjae plays the role of Yoon Gap. He is a royal archivist. Kim Ji Yeon Bona plays the role of Yoo Ri. Gang Cheol is an evil imugi. Yook Sunjae is possessed by Gang Cheol, who is Yeo Ri’s first love.
The newly released scene shows Gang Cheol forcefully stuffing food into his mouth. His eyes widen in surprise, which shows the curiosity about the scene. In the previous episode, we saw in “The Haunted Palace,” Yeo Ri (WJSN’s Kim Ji Yeon or Bona) learns that the “Colossal Shadow” (also known as the Eight-Foot-Tall Spirit) has consumed the soul of the deceased Yoon Gap (BTOB’s Yook Sunjae). It is also revealed that the Colossal Shadow has taken over the body of the young prince, who has been frightening the palace with his relentless killing spree.
A newly released scene shows that from the drama’s upcoming third episode, Gang Cheol (Yook Sungjae) quickly covers Yeo Ri’s face with one hand to stop her screaming.
As Yeo Ri stares at the thing that surprised her with frightened eyes, Gang Cheol’s face becomes cold and tense – indicating that the scene before them is truly worth considering.
